Job Description:
HENROK LLC is seeking a motivated and versatile Construction Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively assist senior team members on various projects and also work independently when required. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in construction, be highly reliable, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior construction staff with various tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Independently handle assigned tasks such as carpentry, minor masonry, and basic electrical or plumbing work, ensuring they are completed on time and to high standards.
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely.
• Load and unload construction materials, and set up job sites.
• Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on progress and any issues encountered.
• Occasionally take on supervisory tasks when senior staff are unavailable, ensuring that work continues smoothly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction worker, preferably in residential construction.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to various job sites in Lake County.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional skills in specialized trades such as carpentry, masonry, or basic plumbing/electrical work.
